What a day! The weather at Independence Grove was perfectly clear, warm and sunny. With such great subjects and ideal weather, we got some terrific photographs. We made some great friends at the wedding, and we felt very privileged to have been a part of the occasion.
During the reception we were hoping to use the terrace for a sunset shot. We knew if we planned it carefully, the sunset would provide a stunning backdrop for the photo. We managed to sneak Elissa and Gary out of their dinner reception (between the salad and main course!) and quickly posed them on the terrace. Elissa was so thrilled with the picture that she planted a big kiss first on John’s cheek, then on mine! Great stuff.
