Deb and Dan

A beautiful day in Chicago, perfect weather and a delightful couple to photograph. We joined Deb and her bridesmaids as they were getting ready. We always capture some great images during the “getting ready” part of the day, from “hair and makeup” to last-minute touches to the wedding gown.

The ceremony was beautiful, and Deb and Dan were a beautiful couple. Afterwards we went to North School Park in Arlington Heights. We had a great time at the park, perching the bridal party on the edge of the fountain, laying on the grass and piling them onto a park bench. It seemed we had the whole park to ourselves, but soon there were five other bridal parties taking photographs in the park too! One of the wedding parties had thirteen groomsmen and thirteen bridesmaids. That’s a lot of people to round up for photos! It was getting a little crowded, and we’d gotten some great shots, so we were heading back to the limo. Then Deb recognized a bride from another wedding party. They’d been friends in school. Small world!
