One of the great things about being a photographer is the spirit of camaraderie and collaboration that happens between studios. This last weekend I had the chance to help one of our photographer friends, Tina Carter, as an assistant at one of her weddings. Tina is a very talented photographer and an absolute sweetheart! She’s a lot of fun to work with. I’m very honored that she asked me to assist her.
The wedding took place in Wheaton. It was a lovely wedding, and the wedding party was awesome! The reception was at the Danada House (www.danadahouse.com), an absolutely fantastic place for a reception! It’s an old farmhouse that has been converted for use for parties, and features a beautiful reception hall. Most importantly, there are lots of fantastic places for pictures. Julie and Mike, the bride and groom, were so much fun to work with. Julie is beautiful and Mike is the proud, handsome groom. They make such a cute couple.
